A 45kva marine generator using a modern emissions-compliant diesel engine running between 2200rpm at low electrical load and 3000rpm at peak electrical load. Astonishingly, the 45i is just over one metre long and weighs in under 400kg. |

Evolution of the i Range
Developed from DC technology using permanent magnet alternators comes the variable speed i range of 230V generators, the 4kW 5000i, the 6kW 8000i, the 12kW Panda 15000i.Due to this born-again alternator technology the sizes and weights of these sets practically revolutionise power provision in mobile applications.

Fischer Panda 4000i Generator (from September 2010 called the 5000i)
The Panda 4000i Generator is the first of the next generation of compact, super silent and powerful Fischer Panda Generators.
With its bulletproof permanant magnet alternator and frequency inverter technology, this generator delivers voltage and frequency stability previously unheard of in a single-cylinder diesel generator.
The 4 kW is more than sufficient to easily start a diving compressor and is now available (since Jan 1st 2009) with the option of variable speed.

Fischer Panda 6000i Generator (from September 2010 called the 8000i)
The Fischer Panda 6000i Generator uses variable speed technology where the engine speed is adjusted automatically according to the electrical load that is connected.
At only 111kg and with a footprint of only 520mm x 440mm we reckon this is the smallest 6kW generator on the market. It uses the legendary Z482 Kubota diesel engine - reliability is Kubota's watchword.
This generator will start and run the heaviest of inductive loads. Yet when you take the load off, the generator speed will ramp down to 2200rpm. Barely a purr - a true Panda in every sense!
Fischer Panda will be launching the 10000i in 2010 - it also promises to be the smallest, lightest and quietest 10kW generator yet.
Fischer Panda 4000s - The Next Generation
Based on over 30 years experience of building marine generators with the Farymann 15 & 18W engines, the 4000S is the most recent evolution of the renowned and best-selling Panda 4.
Now with a Fischer Panda water-cooled synchronous alternator with inherent high motor-starting capability - this generator is perfect for any type of electrical load from a hair dryer to a dive compressor.
It goes without saying that we've made it compact, lightweight and easy to install with an integrated fuel pump and overload circuit breaker. It's also low maintenance with an engine driven sea water pump and external oil drain.
